“Kaveri Metal” is an well established company manufacturing S.S Tubes & Pipes, we also manufacture special steel pipes & tubes like inconel,duplex, super duplex etc.
“Kaveri Metal”,has its manufacturing unit at Vadodara, Gujarat, India which manufactures stainless steel welded and seamless tubes & pipes with an installed capacity of 5,000 MT/Annum.

Quality Assurance

All our S.S. Pipes & Tubes are manufactured as per approved quality manual, we follow up production as per approved QAP which include checking right from the issue to raw material purchase order, incoming materials, stage wise inspection during production till inspection & Despatch. We carry out N.D.T. Examination as per customer specification. Our equipments & all measuring instruments are also calibrated.

Manufacturing Process & Flow Chart

Raw Materials : Raw Material for manufacturing of Pipes & Tubes are sourced only from approved vendors. The quality requirements for raw materials are governed by technical parameters by quality assurance department and relevant technical specifications.
